Dog Populations in NYC
I created this project as part of a data visualization course at CUNY's Journalism School. I created choropleth maps for desktop and mobile based on a public dataset from the NYC Department of Mental Health and Hygiene. These maps, made with QGIS, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator, are based on a style guide I created with Adobe Illustrator and tools like ColorBrewer.
